Ezra, meaning ‘Helper’, & Gil, meaning ‘Happiness’ is an evolutionary concept in urban coffee and cafe culture.

In 2014, we had a vision of creating a neighbourhood hang out, a place with a strong social space that cared about our food offering & coffee that we served. So, we opened the doors to our first born, on Hilton Street in the Northern Quarter of Manchester.
We quickly grew into our surroundings and provided cupboard essentials, desserts and the chance for customers to take home a part of Ezra & Gil. The welcoming, laid back ambience has become pinnacle to Ezra’s vision.

And so another chapter unfolds, expanding to new locations on Peter Street, Manchester in 2021, and Liverpool in 2024.
